Mandatory furlough during the holiday season... so bad to have a loss of pay
Gets to work in one of the largest airlines, which is a star on your resume.
Mandatory furlough, or compulsory leave, will be enacted for all contracts during the holiday season, obviously with a loss of pay. It is bad to lose more than half a month's pay with no choice.
Treat contracts as better humans; don't micromanage everything. This is not a true American work culture. Give the employee freedom, and the return would be better quality of work. Pity things like WFH or few hours off also put you in a spot.
