The flight benefits are, of course, the best.
After working for six years with the company, I feel as though growth is possible if you are willing to travel.
The company is also very big on diversity and inclusion.
The further you go in management, the less diverse it becomes. It’s also difficult to work for a company that depends so heavily on a good economy. Every time the economy takes a hit, jobs are at stake because people just aren’t flying.
