Company size and depth of operation provide many opportunities to work in AA full-time after being a co-op.
Good work environment, great team, although this may vary among teams.
FLIGHT BENEFITS
Tasks are highly specialized, and not much responsibility is given to Level 1, 2, or 3 engineers, mostly due to the nature of aviation work and the regulatory environment.
Allow for more work flexibility. Having a worker in the office for 40 hours doesn't directly translate to higher productivity. Allow work from home as needed, or else, AA will lose top talent.

Engineering Co-Op
Most of the interview was pretty laid back. I had a panel of four interviewers, and they each spent a decent amount of time speaking on their own jobs.

Very professionally conducted. Down-to-earth interviewers, very interested. Fun and relaxed interview. The interviewers were very open about their opinions about the company. The interviewers were light-hearted and made you feel at ease.
