American Airlines Interview Experiences
Engineering Co-Op
Three-person panel interview, took about 30 minutes. Each member of the panel alternated asking questions. They were all very polite and not overly intimidating. Questions were non-technical in nature.

The process was quick. I got a response from HR the second day of applying. The technical interview was delayed for many reasons. Very irrelevant questions were asked for the post considered. Overall, the process is quick.

It was pretty good. The panel was friendly too. It was a 1-hour round, in person, in the Arlington office. They asked me about past experience on previous projects before diving into technical coding questions.
