Great Pay, Benefits, Colleagues, Covid Cuts
I love working with AA. Amazing pay, amazing benefits, amazing colleagues, amazing environment outside of work. Tons of potential to move within the company.
Unfortunately, due to COVID, AA had to make a lot of cuts. Once travel is back, things will hopefully go back to being good.
You all are doing a great job. I pray things can come back to normal. The employees were able to prove that work can be done from home (at least for the management/support staff). Be open to that.
