A recruiter found my resume online on my club's website (SHPE, Hispanic Engineers). I received an email stating they liked my resume and wanted to schedule an online interview. The interview was an hour long and divided into two parts.
The first interview was with a Senior Engineer who asked four different behavioral questions (e.g., "Why do you want to work for Amex?", "Tell me about a time where...").
The second interview was with another Senior Engineer. They asked three technical questions followed by three easy-to-medium coding questions that were completed live with the interviewer present.
Behavioral:
Why do you want to work with Amex?
Tell me about a time you worked in a group project that didn't go as planned and what were the end results.
