- Get ready to be thrown in the deep end. As if you're not lucky to get a good mentor in the company, you'll be learning most of the business aspects by yourself and integrating them into your work.
- There were many teams working on the same project when I was there, and it slowed down a lot of processes and brought a lot of frustration.
Allow a work culture of full transparency where mistakes are taken as something for everyone to fix and not for one person to be blamed.
