Pros: Work culture is pretty friendly; everyone seems easygoing and they don’t mind sparing some time to connect with new interns.
Innovative. They have awesome programs for workers to support them and make sure they don’t get burnt out.
Dress code is lax.
Cons: My team had workaholics as leaders, and no one seemed to discourage them from working past their end days and even into weekends. It wasn’t promoted as the norm, but the fact that no one asked them not to is discouraging, since the company spent a lot of time emphasizing work-life balance to their interns.
