The interview dragged on for about five weeks. It started with a recruiter phone interview, then a 30-minute technical phone interview. The third round was supposed to be with four people, but this got canceled once because manager A. K. said he was busy two minutes before the interview.
Next time, only one person, A. K., showed up. He asked me a question completely irrelevant to my experience about AIT (Artificial Intelligence Testing). I said I didn't have any, so he said, "Alright, thanks," and that was that. I think they wanted to cancel the interview for whatever reason. He asked this ridiculous question when the initial technical interview was about Selenium and other testing stuff.
This was very unprofessional. It's the first time I've been shunned in this manner. If you want to cancel the interview, cancel it. And warn us you are not going to attend more than two minutes before the interview. Get some manners.
Some basic Selenium API questions, describe your day as a tester, and other similar generic ones.
