Unprofessional Interview Panel
I had my Zoom interview scheduled about a month after submitting my application. At the scheduled time, no one from the panel showed up. After about 10 minutes, the recruiting manager logged in and informed me that the technical team was in an important meeting and the interview would need to be rescheduled. My interview was then rescheduled for a week later.
During the second scheduled time, I logged in well ahead of time and waited for the panel. I waited for over half an hour in the Zoom link, but no one appeared. Later, when I emailed the recruiting manager about this, she had no idea what had gone wrong.
