Pros: Has an amazing work-life balance. Definitely feels like the company cares about your time and well-being. They try their best to use modern technologies when starting new projects.
Cons: It feels like the desires (demands) from the business side of the company completely override the opinions of the engineers. It utilizes some internal frameworks and tech stacks that end up slowing development down due to bad maintenance and lack of documentation.
