Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

I was given a Codility challenge out of the blue months after I applied, without any prior notifications. It consisted of three easy questions without multiple language choices, but I imagine it's different per recruiter.

I passed and had a phone call with the recruiter. She said I would have an interview with someone, but kept pushing it back week after week. It has been at least two months, and now, there's no contact at all.

It was better than other positions in that I got some initial good news, but worse in the sense that they suddenly abandoned me without warning and refuse to reply.
