Process

Horrible, horrible, horrible recruiters. I can't believe how slow and bad they are. They ghost you for weeks, and if it's a rejection, they won't even bother to notify you until you send multiple follow-ups. They also take weeks to schedule interviews. The pay is peanuts; there are better companies out there. The interviewers are nice, but the recruiters are terrible, and the process is too slow. They need to hire better recruiters.
