My experience was atypical. I applied through an interest form that my scholarship organization had sent out to us.
I interviewed with a non-technical lead first, then a team lead hopped on the call. They asked about previous experience before jumping into the coding questions.
Questions
Three coding questions:
- Comparing binary trees for equality.
- Checking for divisibility.
- I forgot the third one, but it was also pretty easy.

Management has made great strides in digital transformation.
Great work-life integration.
* 5 days off in a year just to learn whatever you want
* 5 months of paternity leave
Cons: Still very hierarchical in decision-making, especially in engineering.
Doesn't stay true to the stated values in appraisals. Appraisals are still very subjective.
