There is no process at all in the company. You call HR, and they are not aware of the policies. Payroll people are less knowledgeable. I had to struggle for 4 months to get my previous employment tax considered.

Perks are not the same city-wise. Gurgaon has more perks, but the Bangalore facility is just for the sake.

There is no proper management here, and no escalation matrix.

You have to give full time in the office, and then you will have late-night calls from 9 to 12 (which might even extend). The manager will try to extract the maximum out of you and will make you work on multiple projects.

I have heard good things about the Gurgaon facility. Try to make some changes to the Bangalore facility as well, otherwise, what you will be left with is unsatisfied employees.
