The flexible and work culture is amazing.
Nothing I felt with my experience.
There're two rounds on one day: behavioral and technical. They are both pretty expected questions (Why Amex? What would you contribute? and etc.). On the coding test, there're two problems, and you solve with a live person.
Two 30-minute sessions (each with a different recruiter). Both included technical components and asked me to write code, but not on a laptop; I had to write it out on paper. The interview was very relaxed, even though I struggled on an easy questio
Simple Java questions, such as "What is the output?" or "Write the syntax for this," will be asked. Coding questions will be super easy and can be done in 5 minutes. The same applies to React for frontend questions.
