Competitive salary.
My team works aggressively, hence there’s great scope for learning.
401k match, profit sharing, and tuition assistance are great.
Things move slower than at other companies since it's a huge company and has too many processes.
Poor insurance policy. The deductible is so high to meet unless you are seriously ill.
Feedback in annual pulse surveys is never taken seriously. There is no action taken against any leader regardless of feedback.
It's almost impossible to get a promotion after a certain level.
Stop micromanaging (not all leaders micromanage, though).
Leave your personal issues at home and come to work with a positive mood.
Recognize hardworking people.
