Phone interview with multiple-choice questions. On-site, all-day meeting in NYC with some people. Included technical questions but no actual coding. Flew in and was put up in a nice hotel.

First round interview: Asked me a bunch of OOP and trivial Java questions. Also asked brain teasers. Felt like me vs. the interviewer. The interviewer didn't seem interested and seemed out to get me.
