Pros

Great culture, but like any other big corporation, it has its corporate problems. One being outsourcing.

Cons
  • People at the same band level can have a wide discrepancy in salaries.
  • Different divisions seem to have different rules, or have not adopted the standard policies.
Advice to Management

Listen to your lower-end band level employees.

Stop outsourcing; you're killing your own bread and butter.
