Good salary, travel compensation. Good at adopting latest technologies, with very good learning opportunities. Follows Agile/DevOps and open-source automation tools.

Cons

The company is outside London. The commute is a nightmare, and most people are local, which puts you on the back foot. So, managing your commute and maintaining your punctuality is a challenge, especially if you have a young family.

Advice to Management

Encourage more flexible working for people coming from London.
