There are many well-meaning leaders and colleagues.
Lack of vision from the CIO, Unit CIO, and those down the chain leads to an incredibly toxic work culture. This has only gotten worse in the last few years.
Great senior leaders were asked to leave and replaced with mediocre yes-men who better fit into the yes-sir culture.
