I got a cold email from an Anduril Senior Recruiter. I checked on LinkedIn and the email address; it was actually from their recruiter. It was an AI-generated email. I went back and forth with her asking to speak directly with her and not her AI, and I did a few times, but she kept putting AI back into it. She then sent me a specific job that was obviously another AI bot that took my resume and made a job specifically for me, based in an office in my city, where Anduril doesn't have an office site. A few more chats, and we got to a point where she agreed to put my resume into their system if I first wrote three essays for them about my skills and working philosophy. I ghosted. This is the kind of people Anduril has working for them.
