Pros: Great onsite benefits like a gym, breakfast, snacks, and etc.
Great benefits in general including PTO, holidays, parental leave, and etc.
Cons: Culture is very poor. There is not good communication between teams. Onsite leadership is not in line with overall company leadership. There is no clear direction and goals.
