The team was nice, but HR was disorganized and rude.
The worst part: Anduril made me pay out of pocket for my trip. The recruiter said they would cover it, but after my interview, they rejected my reimbursement requests. Very shady.

• The technical bar has gone down over the years.
• Lack of investment in modern software technology like ML.
• There have been random firings without warnings or real feedback.
• Over the years, employees have gotten less engaged with the mission of the company and haven't felt motivated to work as much.
