The interview for this position consisted of a LeetCode-esque problem, which, of course, I had not studied.
I told them about the trade-offs of real-world scenarios when building web applications. Nonetheless, all they cared about was whether I could solve the problem.
If they think this is the best way to assess software engineers, I fear for the future of Anduril's engineering.

Cons: • Very political work environment. People constantly undercut other's work, poach people from other teams, and in general just don't want to work together.
• The technical bar has gone down over the years.
• Lack of investment in modern software technology like ML.
• There have been random firings without warnings or real feedback.
• Over the years, employees have gotten less engaged with the mission of the company and haven't felt motivated to work as much.

Pros: Coming back to share some ongoing feedback. During my time here, there have continued to be incredible opportunities for growth.
The space of our work is interesting and challenging, and there's plenty of it. I continue to be really happy with what I'm doing and who I'm doing it with.
Cons: Maintaining my own boundaries and work-life balance is on me, and I need to balance it better myself.
It can be frustrating when we're both not getting the support we need from the product teams to actually deliver what our customers want, and not getting the headcount filled to be able to build it ourselves.
