I applied online after talking to a recruiter.
My first round was a phone screen with them. The second round was a virtual Zoom panel interview. The third and final round was onsite at their HQ in Costa Mesa.
The office is amazing with a very laid-back and open culture. The interviewers were mostly members of the team, not managers.
There were several technical interviews spanning hours of the day, including a live coding/problem-solving challenge.
Overall, the interview process and team seem to lack structure, perhaps to the advantage of the candidate and for scheduling the interviewers.
It was a positive experience.
Live coding evaluation: they do make you sign an NDA.
