Pros: Fast-paced culture, doing innovative work. Legitimate internal objectives to fix what's broken in the defense industry. High expectations from engineering teams, but with clear boundaries set to ensure that staff can use properly unlimited PTO, remain motivated, and don't burn out.

Cons: Occasional cult-y vibes depending on the team. Work-life balance can suffer if you don’t assert boundaries.

Pros: Strong benefits package, great products, smart colleagues

Cons: The culture is best described as ultra-competitive, gossipy, and toxic. Team members are constantly vying for advancement at the expense of others, resorting to deceit and backstabbing to climb the corporate ladder. Trust among colleagues is virtually nonexistent, as individuals are willing to throw others under the bus to save themselves from potential layoffs. Folks don't perform best under these conditions, and I see a lot of burnout on my team. Additionally, there is a serious underrepresentation of women and minorities within the organization. I have not seen or heard of any efforts to improve diversity and culture. I would caution anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate whether they are willing to tolerate such a toxic and unhealthy work environment.

Pros: The company has a really good direction and spirit. Food and perks are amazing. Flexible work schedule plus good unlimited PTO.

Cons: Work-life balance can be bad sometimes.
