Process
Great, awesome, excellent, and fantastic. But it's hard and gets harder. You might want to think about managing your time if other interviews are present. Let them know your timeframe as well when doing the interviews. They will try to accommodate.

Great for hardworking individuals, not for the lazy
Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: A company that is always looking for you to work hard and succeed
Cons: People who can't work independently or who are lazy do not like working here.

Extremely exciting company to work for
Principal Mechanical Engineer • Current Employee
December 31, 2024
Pros: Mission-driven coworkers. Fast-paced development/product iteration cycles with relatively little red tape compared to other larger companies. Extremely generous benefits and compensation.
Cons: Not many real downsides, honestly. As with any company, Anduril struggles with some internal organizational growing pains and some confusion, but none of that has ever had a significant impact on my perspective of the company. This is a challenging company to build and grow, but that's why we are here. Much of the criticism I hear within the company comes from people with a "grass is always greener" mentality. This is objectively a great place to work. Yes, there are struggles.
