The initial phone screen was very warm and inviting. I felt very in tune and had an excellent conversation about my experience and history, as well as what I wanted in an internship.
However, the next round, a technical interview with an engineer, was a very different story.
It felt incredibly short and confusing. The interview seemed like it was not a priority for him, as he looked at his phone for most of the time. Any time I asked a question, he only ended up confusing me more. He would abruptly end the question and then ask what other questions I had.
Overall, it was an awful and somewhat degrading experience. I didn't feel like my difficulty with the question was respected.
