Many program roll-outs and demos are not conducted properly, and marketing exaggerates product capability. Recently, there was a massive exodus of employees due to a botched demo. Multiple high-profile employees have quit recently due to a mix of burnout and a bunch of political crap that some other people have already talked about here.
