Good benefits, cool projects, and some good co-workers. Free food is cool too, I guess.

Many program roll-outs and demos are not conducted properly, and marketing exaggerates product capability. Recently, there was a massive exodus of employees due to a botched demo. Multiple high-profile employees have quit recently due to a mix of burnout and a bunch of political crap that some other people have already talked about here.

Thankfully, leadership spun up a bull to make it look as if everything is hunky-dory.

Management is incompetent, and a lot of engineers are tired of covering their stupidity. The hiring craze has also led to a lot of morons doing engineering work at this company. I'm leaving as soon as I find something better.
