Anduril continues to be an awesome place to work
Coming back to share some ongoing feedback. During my time here, there have continued to be incredible opportunities for growth.
The space of our work is interesting and challenging, and there's plenty of it. I continue to be really happy with what I'm doing and who I'm doing it with.
Maintaining my own boundaries and work-life balance is on me, and I need to balance it better myself.
It can be frustrating when we're both not getting the support we need from the product teams to actually deliver what our customers want, and not getting the headcount filled to be able to build it ourselves.
