Onboarding was a bit hard being an all-remote company, with people in different time zones. Replies can be slow. It's fine though, for me as an individual contributor, especially once you get going.

The interview had 6 stages checking various competencies, i.e.: * HR check * AI coding session * Creating a TODO app from scratch * System design session * Behavioural session * Debugging session
Spent 1.5 months interviewing here and was rejected. The reason given was that I didn't finish the CSS part, which was the last and least important task during the assessment. In general, I completed 9.5/10 requirements, and this was during the secon
