The process was simple and straightforward. Although long, the questions weren't too difficult, and the people were really friendly. It felt like I was being screened more for personality than for my technical skills. However, I had many and multiple rounds of technical questions. A lot of the job's details were kept vague on purpose, so they spent a lot of time pivoting to get me interested in the role. Near the end of the process, I was approached with a strong offer but declined, as it didn't seem like a good fit for me personally.
