Pros: Really good compensation, stock, and benefits.
Cons: This solely depends on the role. HWTE is like the bottom pool. A lot of overnight work is involved.
Constantly monitor stuff, and if management is not good, it becomes a nightmare. But I know people with better management as well.

Pros: Challenging and fast-paced, with lots of smart people to work with and learn from.
Cons: Timeline and workload can be very stressful due to insufficient hands on deck. The situation seemed to have improved after my departure.
