Pros: Impactful products and projects.
Lots of learning and growth opportunities.
If you want to deliver the best product at all cost, the company actually supports that more than any other hardware companies out there.
What you'll experience varies largely by team.
Cons: Moving up is difficult in any big company since there are a lot of people ahead of you who are just as smart. Depending on the phase of the product cycle and how unlucky you are, there could be a ton of work all at once and extreme high pressure to get things done.

Innovation is highly valued.
General desire to design the best products possible.
Caffé food is excellent.
Compensation is fantastic.
Cons: Workload can be staggering, especially if things go wrong, as teams are surprisingly small. There are lots of calls with Asia around dinner time.
