I received an interview through a referral.
The initial phone screen was technical from the first sentence. The hiring manager asked a few questions about manufacturing methods and explained the overall interview process.
He seemed in a rush, called 15 minutes late, and did not listen through my responses.
There were no follow-up responses after that, so I assumed he wasn't interested from the beginning.
