The questions were difficult, and I was unqualified as a sophomore.
The interviewer was nice, though, and I didn’t have a bad experience.

Pros: Great resume booster and great pay. Learn to deal with difficult coworkers.
Cons: Leadership takes advantage of the competitiveness of college students looking to convert to full time. While interning there, I was tasked with many laborious tasks with no learning value, and often worked over 12-hour days (being eligible for double time).
Interns often bragged about how long they stayed at the office. There was a lot of competitiveness and negative sentiment when some interns were given better projects from managers than others, based on favoritism from their alma mater.
