Process
Medium. Good. I was extremely nervous, and I think my interviewer could tell, which slightly held me back, but it was okay in the end. I may not have got the job, but I barely felt as though I hadn't.

Pros: Good company, good problems, work on the best.
Cons: The company grew too fast over the past 10 years. Lots of new faces brought lots of new management styles. There's high variability in your working experience between teams, departments, and divisions.
There are hot teams, and there are not hot teams. You'll know pretty clearly based on how many miles your desk is away from the main campus.
