Generally, the interview process consists of three rounds:

HR screening
Hiring manager interview
A panel interview with potential future coworkers and cross-functional managers.

After the third round, they passed me. The reason provided is one I'm not sure is the real reason.

Questions

Definitely some coding and behavioral questions.

People are friendly to make you feel comfortable and off guard.

Then come the real challenging questions later.

It takes a long time going through all of these, though.
