October 19, 2017
Pros: Fascinating problems to solve, intelligent and professional peers, the best technical resources available.
Everyone here is willing to listen and learn, even from the newest member of the team, if they have thoughts to offer.
Cons: Office space is very sparse; bring your own tea and snacks is the general arrangement. Lunch isn’t free, although dinner is. Nobody is going to pat you on the back for your work, and you’re expected to advance your own career or find the mentorship you need.
