The interview was not like a standard LeetCode-style interview at all. They seemed to emphasize domain knowledge specifics much more. The recruiter was very slow to respond and needed many follow-ups for me to get a response.

Pros: Apple employees are valued very much by other employers. Their next job is always easy. They have the opportunity to work on the latest technology.
Cons: Work resembles that of a startup without enough rewards.
Long work hours. Employees are loyal to the company, but the company does not seem to care about employee retention.
In product development groups, employee turnover is high. In the iPod group where I worked, on average, every month there would be about 40-50 employees leaving the company and approximately the same number would join as well.
