Process
It was a long interview.
I only did the first round, which consisted of two medium LeetCode questions. I passed one and did not pass the other.
There were also some behavioral questions, such as, "What is a difficult project you've done, and how did you overcome it?"
Questions
Have you ever had a time when you did not agree with a peer?

Smart employees, abusive managers
Software Engineer • Current Employee
January 25, 2023
Pros: If you want to work on real products like operating systems, compilers, languages, or complex apps, this is the place for you.
Cons: There are so many insane managers, it’s not even funny. Everyone will throw you under the bus for their mistakes. You can’t trust anyone in management. Even with proof of documented lying and abuse, HR will do nothing. The company claims they have plenty of policies around respect, trust, and anti-abuse. It’s all a smokescreen. In general, the company has a policy of inaction – whatever they can do to sweep problems under the rug, they will do.
