Pay is good, but CA is so expensive it doesn't really matter.
Horrible working culture. Horrible hours. Prepare to say goodbye to your sleep, mental/physical health, time, relationships, etc.
There are pockets of culture within the company, though. Could be better in other places.

The interview consists of 2 rounds of phone screens. I believe there are further phone and on-site rounds, but I only got through the first two phone screens. The first round was with a hiring manager; the second was with a display engineer.
