Technology, pay, long-term view
Very big, so many cooks in every decision.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. A small call with the recruiter. A 30-minute call with the manager for a background check (possibly another 30-minute round), followed by a series of panel interviews with cross-functional partners and man
I had a quick phone screen where the recruiter asked a few questions from my resume. This was followed by an online interview with a software engineer from the team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. Two interviews. One technical. One non tech. If they like you, you’ll hear back within three days. If not, you didn’t get it. Wasn’t hard at all, but expect a deep dive.
