This solely depends on the role. HWTE is like the bottom pool. A lot of overnight work is involved.
Constantly monitor stuff, and if management is not good, it becomes a nightmare. But I know people with better management as well.

Hardware Test Engineer
Several phone calls were made, but the in-person interview was cancelled 15 minutes before its scheduled start due to "a scheduling conflict". I am not interested in working for a place that has such callous disregard for its applicants or employees.
