Kind Team, Slow Bureaucracy
Project managers and engineers were always kind, thoughtful, engaging, and encouraging. They were all an absolute pleasure to work with and were nothing but supportive my whole time there.
The bureaucracy of working in the belly of the beast; departments often were not in-sync with each other regarding emerging issues or decisions to be made. As a result, action was always slowly taken.
Staffing agencies can ruin the work morale of contractors at any moment. Embrace more the work that contractors do on a daily basis, and appreciate to a greater extent those contractors' efforts.
