Stop encouraging managers waging political wars. It is against the values declared by Apple. Managers can get revenge on employees for having opinions different from theirs. Managers can retaliate for employee feedback in the performance review, which is against company policy.
Diversity goals may sometimes overweight the qualification of new hires.
Apple has always been a strong engineering company. People expect real innovation, not just excellent marketing. Engineers need to have an equal voice with business people.
