Made it to a second round. They are asking about Customer Experience for a software engineering position. I elaborated on the fact that most of my experience has been in Scrum. I guess they did not like that?

The interview was very fun. They asked a lot of basic questions, but enough to get a feel for who you are and what you know. I would recommend coming into the interview with a notepad and a list of all the accomplishments you have achieved.
