Mediocre pay, no weekend work, no overtime.
You don't learn anything: no technical skill, no business insight, no nothing. You are constantly reminded that you are a cog in the machine, who does and only does certain work without thinking too much.
Also, development & management tech is so outdated in the hardware department.
