Pros: Good work-life balance with flexible timings and work from home. However, this depends on the department you work in. Lots to learn and a great place to work if it's your first job.
Cons: - Career growth is very slow. There are too many verticals to climb, which takes a lot of time. Promotion depends on time spent in a position, not performance.
